Good news for Monkey Island fans: new screenshots are now available, thanks to the people from LucasArts. The game is going to be released in the summer of 2010, so you will have to settle with a few pictures until then.

It has been almost 20 years since the first game was announced and many people are waiting for the new version. The special edition features new graphics, a special hint system and you will also notice new voice-overs. The developers have added some commentary of their own. You will be happy to hear that The Secret of Monkey Island 2 SE will be available on PS3, Xbox 360, PC and even on the iPhone.
