As you know, you got some new pieces of equipment in Halo: Reach and jetpack is one of those new items. Apparently Microsoft thought that it would be a great way to celebrate the release of Halo: Reach on Trafalgar Square early in the morning. Therefore, at 7 AM, Spartans from Halo universe occupied Trafalgar Square. We have to admit that their costumes were amazing but the biggest attraction soon flew down from the sky. There were two Spartans on the ground, and the third one flew right from the sky with an actual jetpack and he landed among them. This is an interesting marketing move by Microsoft and a great way to celebrate the release of Halo: Reach. Sure, many fans were thrilled by this amazing performance and I’m sure that they’ll remember it for a long time. Nobody expected that we’ll actually see a Spartan flying with a real jetpack above Trafalgar Square, but we have to admire Microsoft’s creativity with this move.

This was an incredible way to celebrate the release of Halo: Reach and it’s one of the best, if not the best promotion of video game that I saw. It’s a shame that other publishers aren’t creative as Microsoft. As for the event itself, check the video bellow.
